(More customer reviews)I picked up this book yesterday at CVS while waiting for a RX. I'm a 44 yr old that has been smoking since high school. The only time I quit was during my pregnancy 6 yrs ago. This book is an easy read and talks about affirmative concepts, not the dread and disease statistics that fails to get any nicotine addicts' attention. Author focuses on the smoker not the nicotine. I've learned allot in the first 30 pages and it is an easy read. The approach is a joyous adventure and being free of a serious addiction. I highly recommend this book as part of any smoking cessation program.
