for changing my focus from my weight to far more important measures of good health! Now let's hope the world follows suit! I showed this book to my doctor and TO MY AMAZEMENT - he was in full agreement with its principles and practices (now if I can just get him to stop weighing me every time I go there).
It is just plain common sense - everyone who has ever battled with their weight needs to realize that weight is not the enemy and to give up that war and focus on their health. The scale doesn't measure anything of substance!
