If you are like me, you have tried to quit smoking for decades and have always gone back. I had quit for up to a year before and then fell back into my old comforts. This book helped me change all that. It made me quit for good and so far I have been doing great without even wanting to start back up. This is such a great book. I highly recommend it to everyone who smokes and wants to quit.
