(More customer reviews)We use these at my workplace. They jam at least once a day, and there's no mechanical way to get the towels out when that happens. So there has to constantly be a roll of towels sitting next to the dispensers. Pointless, no?
We should have just flushed our money down the toilet and set out a roll of paper towels instead.
