(More customer reviews)I loved this book. It explained how addiction works, in a way I have never read or heard before, and that made a big difference for me. I thought from the title and the cover that it might be a bit stodgy but actually it's quite funny. I found I wanted to read it a second time because there's so much new information to take in. I'd read Allen Carr's book and found that quite good but this was a much more enjoyable read. Anyway, a big thank you to the author. I didn't even know there was such a thing as the National Smoking Cessation Institute but it seems these guys know a hell of a lot more than my doctor does.
