The book was very helpful for me to communicate more clearly with my niece and to understand her and teen relationships better. I bought extra copies for friends of mine - that is how highly I think of this book. I also work with college students and have found the information in this book insightful for discussions with them. I recommend this book for those raising teenagers, those who work with teenagers, teenagers and young adults.
