(More customer reviews)I am disappointed in this latest in the mountain man series. In all previous books Smoke and Sally had loads of money. Smoke had gold on the Sugarloaf and sally came from a rich banking family from the east , Sally was rich on her own. Yet this last book shows that they were about to loose the ranch over a debt of $ 2000. I should think the author would remember these details
