Anyone who has ever struggled with the enormity of quitting will most certainly relate to this author's perspective. I read the book several times in order to come to grips with my own addiction to cigarretes. It worked! I have been nicotine free for over a year. As an educator, I also feel this can be a valuable assett to any school district's health education curriculum. As a parent, I plan to use this book to further educate my own children on the dangers of smoking.
