(More customer reviews)I read this book when I quit smoking and it helped me so much. It is written by someone with an AA background and is written in that kind of a format. Each day for the first few months is a story about someone's struggle with smoking. Then there is a short devotional. I would read a chapter each night before I went to sleep. Somehow that really reinforced my resolve not to smoke for one more day.
I give this book a 5 star for helping you keep the resolve to not smoke!!
