This book was well written, a few errors in grammer (missing words, etc) but was worth reading. It was fairly accurate as to tactics and how fire departments really work. Of course, the author added the drama as necessary for the story, and has taken liberties with reality, but again, necessary for the story. Has some good ideas for training offices to use, and I will probably do so myself. This would be a good read for anyone, but if you are on the job, you will have to keep in mind that the author has had to make it entertainment for a reason.
